According to given condition,

$x$ = $\frac{3 + x + 2 +4}{4}$

$\Rightarrow 4x = x + 9$

$\Rightarrow 3x = 9$

$\Rightarrow x = 3$

Thus, If we rearrange the numbers, We have, $2, 3, 3, 4$
